About Me

Dr. Naman Sharma is an Assistant Professor of General Management & Strategy (OB/HR & Entrepreneurship) at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Kolkata Campus. His research focuses on leveraging positive deviance for employee engagement, entrepreneurial intentions with emphasis on self-efficacy, and fostering inclusive work environments. He has published extensively in top-tier ABDC and Scopus indexed journals and has edited multiple books. He is also actively involved in research consultancy projects and executive training programs.
